We do not issue refunds or exchanges unless an item is determined to be defective by the Merchant or required by applicable law. If an item is found to be defective, it must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase with all original tags and packaging intact be eligible for an exchange. Items must be completely unused and unalteredto qualify for reimbursement. 
Wigs and Raw Hair Orders
All wig orders (ready-to-ship and custom) orders are subject to wig verification prior to any exchange or refund.
