NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We do not issue refunds or exchanges unless an item is determined to be defective by the Merchant or required by applicable law. If an item is found to be defective, it must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase with all original tags and packaging intact be eligible for an exchange. Items must be completely unused and unaltered to qualify for reimbursement.
Wigs and Raw Hair Orders
All wig orders (ready-to-ship and custom) orders are subject to wig verification prior to any exchange or refund.
SHIPPING POLICY
For your security, the shipping and billing address must match or be successfully verified through our order ID process. If verification cannot be completed, the order will be respectfully canceled and refunded.
Shipping Insurance and Liability
Please note: unless shipping insurance is purchased at checkout, we cannot accept responsibility for the packages that are lost, held, or stolen after dispatch. Ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the buyer once parcel is handed to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address at the time of purchase and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from that error. In such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly (UPS or USPS) to resolve delivery issues.
PLEASE NOTE: Processing time for custom wig orders is typically 10-15 business days before shipping. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 20 business days. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Be aware that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays and cannot alter delivery addresses. Please double-check your address before finalizing your purchase. If your address is incorrect or undeliverable before your order is packaged, your order will be canceled.
If an order is found to be fraudulent, it will be canceled automatically. Should the company incur any monetary loss or loss of product as a result, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies. Please note that any chargebacks or unresolved payment discrepancies will result in account restrictions and prevent future purchases.
